I received my first physio appt within 2 weeks of seeing hospital. Appts were flexible and convenient, physiotherapist was reassuring and approachable and exercises have been effective.

The time taken to ensure I was listened too, and never rushed during treatment If I had to stay for a while with a heat pack after treatment then I was left to do so. Alice is amazingly kind and caring and I am so grateful to her for the help to be less painful and feel good again.
